For Executive and General Virtual Assistants, the process typically takes around 7 to 14 days. However, if your needs require specialized skills or expertise, the timeline may be longer to ensure we find the ideal candidate for your specific requirements. Our priority is matching you with the right Virtual Assistant to meet your business goals.

What if I am not happy with the Virtual Assistant I've selected or wish to cancel?

In the event that you would like to cancel your outsourcing services, we require a 30-day written notice period. 

If you are not satisfied with the Virtual Assistant we’ve matched you with, we’re here to help. We offer free replacements to ensure you find the perfect fit for your business needs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
